Kaitlynne is an absolute rock star. From the first conversation on the phone to the end of our on-site tour, she was so personable and professional. She answered all our questions, followed up with emails and continues to help with all our inquires. The location of 8 South is very convenient for my work but it feels like a community inside the city. Super excited to move in soon.

Amazing Apartments! The building spaces and amenities are always very clean pristine. Maintenance services do a great job with keeping the community free of issues. The leasing office staff is very friendly and great at what they do. Leasing agent Kaitlynne helped me with my contract and she was outstanding! Great community to live in.

I LOVE living here!! This is my second year living here and I love the layouts of the apartments, the management is great, the maintenance team is awesome, and it's the best location. I've lived in several different places in Nashville and it's hard to find a combination of great apartment, great location, and great management. Everyone is so friendly. And this is such a safe place. I am so grateful to live here!

Yes I do recommend this place, BUT THERE ARE ISSUES - Office is getting 5*: Kaitlynne, in the Leasing Office is and has been AMAZING! I felt bad bothering her all the time, but every time, she was so nice and I can't give her enough praise!!!! Now onto the Facility itself! 1. To get back into the building from the pool area, using the keypad, there is no light by it, or maybe it was out? If I didn't have my phone for light, I wouldn't have been able to get back in the building from the side door! I would've had to walk over to the lounge area to use the keyfob, but if you don't bring your fob to the pool what is one to do? 2. The coffee maker in the Lounge area was stuck on cleaning mode! We had just moved in, we had no way of making coffee yet, it was nice to see the coffee maker, but no cups and no coffee, if you're kind enough to offer this feature, it needs to be kept up with at all times. 3. The Elliott Garage Door: Within 3 days we moved in it was broken twice!!!!! **And as I write this just now, got another notice that it was down again! When you come home, you do NOT wanna drive around to the other gate all the time to get in! If it's being so troublesome, then maybe the company who installed it, needs to figure out a way to make it not break down so much and maybe make a multifold or somehow slide gate, or one that opens inward towards the garage area, instead of up, I know space is limited, it should've been designed better, than a raising gate, that's a lot of pressure on the mechanism!!!! And now to my 4th and biggest complaint: PARKING!!!!! There is NOT enough guest parking!!!!!! WOW ~ I can't believe for a complex like this, there isn't more guest parking!!!! Esp on the weekend, people have parties and there's only room for a handful of cars, it's incredible to me that they did not count in more opportunities for people to park! Esp since across, on Elliott. you need a permit! So that leaves Iverness, which was also completely full! Pretty frustrating!

I moved into IMT 8 last month and it has been the best experience! It is the nicest complex I have ever seen or lived in. The whole process was made easier with Jonathan’s help! He was so helpful in navigating the move-in process. I am really appreciative of his help and kindness! This is the best complex in Nashville… look no further!

Jonathan and the team, Kaitlyn and Michelle, made it super easy! Honestly, one of the simplest (yet still thorough) move-in experiences we’ve ever had. A friendly welcome, easy to sign all forms, and super easy to navigate the loading dock with our movers. The staff continue to answer any questions we have with a warm smile, and we are already feeling right at home after only 10 days. The facilities are top notch, and the building is clean and well-maintained. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Community is active.
